The Lazy Person’s Guide to Saving the World

May 11, 2018

We’re constantly hearing news about record high temperatures, reading stories about plastic patches in the ocean the size of Texas, and seeing videos of wildlife adversely impacted by human activity – and that’s just the tip of the iceberg. So it’s no surprise that we can easily feel overwhelmed by it all, or like we’re powerless to effect change, especially when our lives are already so jam-packed with work, family, social activities, and still trying to squeeze in 8 hours of snooze time every night. Who has the time or energy to try and save the planet after all of that? Luckily for us, we have the power to make all kinds of simple, small changes in all areas of our life, and those small changes really add up!

From reducing food waste at work and energy consumption at home to a whole list of things you can do from your couch, we can all be heroes, and help save the world.

This is great overview of what I can do. If you want to extend your map also for greener alternatives when travelling then check my instagram. I do research about global warming and spread awareness of our (daily) actions harm this beautiful planet. More topics will follow :)

Keep up the good work!
