New Year’s Detox Without the Expensive Price Tag

After stuffing yourself silly with turkey and all the trimmings, then partying New Year’s Eve away, a New Year’s detox seems like the perfect way to get yourself feeling back to normal. Although detoxes are becoming ever more popular, they are often extremely unaffordable (especially after the Christmas splurge) and are very focused around a strict diet or regime.

So, instead of a strict regime, diet and exercise plan (and a large price tag for the pleasure), why not opt for a relaxing Post-Christmas break, to reward yourself for working so hard? HI has several fantastic retreats on a budget to get you feeling like yourself again.
