Tourism Australia 30 Days in Oz
Australia is a beautiful country and Tourism Australia has recently produced 30 one-minute videos as part of their inspiring 30 days in Oz campaign. Each video focuses on a different person at different locations around the country, each telling their story of what Australia means to them. These are wonderful videos and each gives a glimpse into the Australian way of life and why this country is such a unique destination for travellers. Two of the videos produced by Tourism Australia feature the award winning Sydney Central YHA and Yamba YHA.
Yamba YHA
Our first video features Shane Henwood who loved hostelling so much he decided to build his very own hostel. This hostel is Yamba YHA in NSW, a great stop off between Sydney and Brisbane. We’ll let Shane tell you his remarkable story himself. Now where did I put that surf board?
Sydney Central YHA
This second video features Goichi, one of the Japanese staff members who works at Sydney Central YHA, a 5-star, heritage listed backpacker’s hostel like you’re never seen before.
